Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders within UK. No hidden costs, just fashion delivered to your door.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order here.

Missing or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact our support team. We will work with our delivery partners to resolve the issue. If necessary, we will send a replacement or process a full refund. For more information, view our return policy here.

Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address, please email our support team at support@tailors-mode.com within 24 hours of placing your order or before the daily cut-off time. We will do our best to update your shipping information before the order is processed.

Not at Home?

If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery or leave your package at a local pickup point. You will be notified with instructions on how to retrieve your parcel.

Refusing Delivery

If you refuse a delivery, return shipping costs and any additional fees will be deducted from your refund.
