Order & Shipping

When will my order be processed and shipped?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday). Once processed, Transit typically takes 5-6 business days (Monday to Saturday).total Delivery time is 6-8 business days (Monday to Saturday) . Read more in our Shipping Policy.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly via our tracking page.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Learn how in our Return and Refund Policy.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 7 days to the original payment method.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.

Why was my payment declined?

Delivery Issues

What should I do if my package is lost?

If your package is missing or delayed beyond the expected timeframe, contact us. We’ll investigate and offer a replacement or refund if needed. Get help in our Shipping Policy.

What happens if I’m not home at the time of delivery?

If you're unavailable, the courier will attempt redelivery or leave your package at a local pickup point. You’ll receive notification with instructions.
