Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday). After processing, the delivery times are as follows:
United Kingdom: Transit takes 5-6 business days. Total delivery time: 6-8 business days.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the United States.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly via our tracking page.
No, we offer Free Shipping on all orders to both the UK and the USA, with no minimum purchase required.
For our USA customers, most orders valued under $800 are exempt from import duties. However, as the customer is the importer of record, you are responsible for any local customs fees or taxes if they occur.
You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Learn how in our Return and Refund Policy.
No, Tailors Mode does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or the wrong product was received.
Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 7 days to the original payment method.
